Julia Felton is passionate about disrupting the way that we create, run and lead businesses. Through throwing away the rule book, she challenges the status quo and helps create businesses that deliver impact and influence, whilst also making a great income She believes that business should and can be a massive force for good in the world, if they focus on the impact and contribution they can make to all stakeholders. Her business principles are based on herd dynamics where collaboration, community and connection reign.

A four times Amazon best-selling author, international speaker and former corporate management consultant Julia’s inspiration for her work comes from her herd of rescued horses who she claims “have taught her the best leadership and business lessons ever as they never sugar-coat the feedback!”.

Frustrated by her experiences in the corporate world, where she created and grew a multi-million dollar business unit for Andersen and then Deloitte, Julia set up her own business in 2010. Over the years she’s learnt what works and what doesn’t in the entrepreneurial space and how your business only grows to the extent that you do.

Today she runs a purpose-driven business that is dedicated to educating women on the impact they can make through their business whilst still making a great income. She also hosts workshops for disadvantaged women and children helping them become more confident, empowered and courageous through partnering with her herd of rescue horses.

Julia’s vision to create a circular economy retreat centre where they teach entrepreneurial business lessons on leadership, teamwork and communication, supported by experiential sessions with the horses, and this funds her rescue and rehabilitation of more horses, who are deemed “not to be fit for purpose”.
