Convinced that business can (and should) be a force for good, she founded Business4Good in 2018 out of a deep sense of wrong at the waste of time, energy and potential of brilliant minds that are prevented from doing their best work because of poorly run meetings.
Business4Good’s mission is to make the world a better place one meeting at a time. It also offers pro bono coaching and training services and donates a proportion of its profits to charity.
Madeleine works with fortune 100 & 500 companies like Johnson & Johnson, BASF or State Street Bank as well as SMEs, trade associations and NGOs to cure their meeting syndrome so:
• Busy leaders can create an extra 5 hours a week (or more) to solve problems, strategise and yes, imagine it: think.
• Organisations can save up to one month’s salary per employee annually
• Teams can achieve diversity of thought resulting in better decisions and faster project closure.
A UK native with truly European roots, Madeleine has lived and worked across 3 continents to settle in her adopted city of Brussels where she lives with her husband, twin girls, son and two dogs. She is an accredited Executive and Life Coach with the International Coach Federation; a Collective Intelligence Facilitator, and a certified Kolbe Conative Strengths Consultant. A regular keynote speaker at conferences and internal corporate events, she was recently featured in the Financial Times
